“Our A/C went out on the top floor of our beach house. I called Four Seasons the next morning and Joe arrived in the afternoon. He made a thorough inspection of our system, showed us and explained what was wrong and gave us the news that we needed a new unit. Since it was getting hot in the house, he worked hard to get the unit working until we could get a replacement (in 10 days). He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience! (
