“We were told we needed a new AC unit, that specific parts were corroded. That’s why our unit wasn’t working properly until the office found out our unit was only 7 years old & under warranty. We were told parts would have to be ordered & the unit may or may not work properly. Lost revenue over Labor Day weekend, only to discover the unit was fine. (2nd opinion was obtained, unit is working perfectly.) You can’t imagine the frustration at having been lied to. We do NOT recommend this company and we’ve been doing business with them for 30+ years. We are horribly disappointed.”
