“I have an annual maintenance plan with you. This is a condo that we own and we live out of town. I'm satisfied; however, I have no idea when the maintenance is done, what was done, or even if it was done. If you could come up with some way to let the homeowner that their AC was serviced, it would be appreciated. I assume you use a checklist that documents what was done, who and when it was done. If you could you mail or email a copy of that, that would be great. Thanks. Darlene does a great job.”
