“If I could give zero stars, I would.

Our 79-year-old grandmother was left without air conditioning for THREE days while temperatures were in the high 80s. When we called, your automated system specifically asked if there was an elderly person in the home, and we answered yes. We assumed that meant the situation would be treated with some urgency. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

Multiple family members called over those three days trying to get an update or any communication, and we were met with silence. No callbacks. No urgency. No concern.

Thankfully, another HVAC company came out today and had the issue fixed.

I understand companies get busy, but leaving a 79-year-old without air conditioning for days in summer heat—with no communication—is unacceptable. If your system asks whether there are elderly or vulnerable people in the home, that information should actually matter.

I hope no one else has to go through what our family did.”
